Vision & Mission

Founded on August 17, 2017, our Akdeniz University Manavgat Faculty of Social and Humanities Sciences will accept students to the Business Informatics department in the 2017-2018 academic year.

The primary aim of our faculty is to provide our students with competent education in their chosen field of science, aiming to educate them as experts and leaders in their fields. At the same time, through various courses offered on different topics and social activities, we aim to broaden their perspectives and educate them as critical thinkers, strategic forecasters, solution-oriented, and conscious global citizens.

In line with this aim, our faculty aims to equip students with the mental, intellectual, and cultural skills necessary to live and succeed in a world where knowledge is rapidly produced and disseminated, where it emerges with different demands and where knowledge is quickly consumed, in addition to the academic knowledge required by a branch of science.

Our faculty aims to maintain cooperation and close dialogue with the business world and our external stakeholders.

While the course curriculums of the departments in our faculty aim to convey contemporary scientific theories in the relevant field of science to the student, on the other hand, they are prepared with content that will differentiate our graduates under market conditions.
